Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of corporate travel and expense operations
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with policies and healthcare regulations
  • Review and process employee expense reports in SAP Concur
  • Conduct audits of submitted expenses
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for travel booking issues
  • Provide training and support to employees on expense submission procedures
  • Assist in monthly Expense Report Reconciliation

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in travel and expenses or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Hospitality or related field
  • Experience in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Experience with large travel enterprise systems and expense tracking software
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
