Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of corporate travel and expense operations
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with policies and healthcare regulations
Review and process employee expense reports in SAP Concur
Conduct audits of submitted expenses
Serve as the first point of escalation for travel booking issues
Provide training and support to employees on expense submission procedures
Assist in monthly Expense Report Reconciliation
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
4+ years of experience in travel and expenses or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Hospitality or related field
Experience in a team lead or supervisory role
Experience with large travel enterprise systems and expense tracking software
