Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D) to join a dynamic healthcare team providing compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns during the labor, delivery, and recovery process. The ideal RN is skilled in managing both routine and high-risk deliveries within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and continuous monitoring to laboring patients.
• Assist physicians and midwives during vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Administer medications including epidurals, oxytocin, and pain management as ordered.
• Monitor fetal heart tones and maternal vital signs, interpreting changes promptly.
• Support and educate mothers and families through all stages of labor and postpartum recovery.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatal teams for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure adherence to all safety and infection-control standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience.
• ACLS, BLS (AHA only)
• NRP, AWHONN Intermediate.
• RN State License of CA
• EPIC experience.
