Key Responsibilities
Inform Asset Protection Manager of security and safety issues
Maintain order at front desk and lobby areas
Prevent internal theft through scanning and bag checks
Monitor entrance and lobby for authorized visitors
Oversee property via CCTV and alarm systems
Audit physical security platforms for functionality
Analyze data related to Shrink & Cargo Loss
Monitor parking areas for unauthorized activity
Notify emergency personnel during emergencies
Assist with safety and crisis drills
Ensure compliance measures are met
Manage safety training documentation
Monitor inbound and outbound trailer activity
Required Qualifications
High school degree or GED or equivalent experience
2+ years of related experience in warehouse operations or loss prevention/asset protection
Preferred Qualifications
Asset Protection background
Understanding of physical security processes, access control, and CCTV systems
Experience handling workplace violence incidents and safety incidents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
