MedAdventures is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Manning, SC. This is a meaningful opportunity to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in a supportive and collaborative care environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with mobility and functional impairments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Active South Carolina PT license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • SNF experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation.
