Key Responsibilities
Oversee behavioral care and pathway planning for animals
Ensure high quality, low stress patient care
Develop and oversee behavioral diagnosis and treatment plans
Lead a team of behavior experts
Manage, coach, and collaborate with staff

Communicate project goals and data collection protocols
Required Qualifications
3+ years experience in people management
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills with all staff levels
Comfortable with humane euthanasia decisions and procedures
Fear Free certification within 6 months of hire
Low Stress Handling Silver certification by end of first year
