Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,097 per week

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Coleman, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Labor and Delivery

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

• Provide care throughout the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum process
• Assess, monitor, and manage mother and newborn health
• Assist with deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean sections
• Provide newborn care and monitoring in the nursery
• Float to and assist in the ER and Med/Surg units as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely charting and documentation
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families
• Adhere to all hospital protocols, infection control standards, and state/federal regulations
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and interpersonal skills

• Willingness and ability to float to ER and Med/Surg units

   

Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery care.
BLS certification (NRP, ACLS, and PALS preferred or may be required depending on facility policy)
