RN Nursery Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process
• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration
• Documents patient care given
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team
• Assists patients with activities of daily living
• Collaborates across disciplines for patient care coordination
• Evaluates learning needs of patients and provides education
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients
• May perform duties of other nursing staff as needed
