Join One Medical as a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant, where you'll deliver exceptional patient care through venipuncture and support services. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while tackling various clinical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient experiences through venipuncture and clinical support services
Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up
Perform specimen collection and assist with other clinical duties
Maintain office standards and inventory
Support clerical duties for providers and virtual medical team
Required Qualifications
At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
An active phlebotomy certification to practice in CA
Strong customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in computer technology
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
Experience with remote teams
