Job Description
As a Citizens Banker, you will be the face of the branch, helping customers with their financial needs through personalized advice and support. You'll develop meaningful relationships while collaborating with various partners to offer tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers
Provide financial recommendations and solutions
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management and Mortgage
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Follow financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success in building relationships and recommending products
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions
Ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and able to multitask
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Compliance with SAFE Act requirements
Completion of a video interview assessment
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
