Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and be skilled in delivering high-quality critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. You will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments.
• Operate and monitor life-support equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide advanced life support as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact license).
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required .
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
