As the Automation & Controls Supervisor, you’ll oversee plant-wide control systems, automation infrastructure, and electrical systems. You'll also manage a senior controls specialist and lead capital improvement projects that drive efficiency and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in food or industrial manufacturing

• Strong background in automation, controls, and OT infrastructure

• Supervisory or lead experience

• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, control networks, and capital projects

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• A combination of education and experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a technical or operations role

• Hands-on knowledge of automation systems, controls, and plant equipment
