Details:

Shifts: 12-hour days (7a–7p) or nights (7p–7a)

Hours: 36 hours/week, every other weekend required

No block scheduling or call

Float to all behavioral health units (adult, geriatric, pediatric)

Unit Overview:

2 Adult Units – 24 beds each

Geriatric Unit – 24 beds

Pediatric Unit – 12 beds (ages 5–17)

Ratios: Typically 1:8; lower in pediatrics and geriatrics

EHR: Cerner

Scrubs: Blue

Requirements:

Active RN license (ASN or higher)

Minimum 1 year RN experience

BLS required

Must be willing to work with pediatric and adult populations

Preferred Experience:

Behavioral health or inpatient psych

Familiarity with diagnoses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders
