Position Summary

Amergis is seeking a licensed and experienced Psychologist to provide care in a forensic mental health setting. This is a premium opportunity for professionals passionate about evidence-based treatment and interdisciplinary collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for patients with serious mental illness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Apply current assessment tools and evidence-based treatment modalities
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Avatar EMR system
• Promote cultural competency and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Psychology License (required)
• BLS Certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a forensic or similar mental health setting
• Strong background in assessment and treatment planning
• No history of board complaints

• Patient Volume: 10–15 patients/day
• Support Staff: 1 physician/support staff in department
