Job Description
Join KinderCare as a Site Director and inspire children and teachers to learn and grow. You'll lead a team to create engaging educational experiences while fostering relationships with families and ensuring effective site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences
Ensure effective site operations and maintain licensing and educational standards
Partner with parents for quality care and education
Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, and community partners
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to meet state specific guidelines
Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and engage with children
Proficiency in English
