Join Accel Therapies as a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead center-based teams in delivering high-quality ABA services. This role combines clinical expertise with operational leadership, empowering you to make a significant impact in the lives of families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors
Oversee the client experience from intake through ongoing care
Conduct and review functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Ensure high clinical standards through QA activities and data-driven decision-making
Monitor and guide treatment planning and progress
Maintain a caseload of up to 25 billable hours/week
Develop individualized training plans and lead onboarding for new clinicians
Support and evaluate BCBA and Program Supervisor performance
Collaborate with Operations Managers to strategically assign caseloads
Lead BCBA and PS hiring efforts at your center
Contribute to the organization’s strategic growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
Active, unexpired BCBA certification
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA, including supervisory experience
Proven leadership and management skills
