Job Description

Join Staples as an Inside Sales Representative for Quill and drive new business revenue in the public sector and commercial markets. This remote role focuses on building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions while enjoying a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue from new customers in the public sector and commercial market
  • Build territory strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects based on customer size and potential
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers
  • Create engaging presentations using marketing collateral
  • Attend events to represent Quill and acquire new customers
  • Develop custom pricing solutions for high growth commercial customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management after customer commitment
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Constantly seek ways to improve and absorb coaching
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years sales experience
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in the public sector
  • Required travel within territory (approximately 50%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven business development experience
