Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season to work 100% remotely. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credentials, you will support clients in navigating tax complexities while enjoying flexible work hours and comprehensive company benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
