Your responsibilities will include assessing patients’ respiratory conditions, administering treatments, operating ventilators and other respiratory equipment, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

This role offers a competitive weekly taxable pay of $1,748.86, along with a weekly stipend of $1,109.54, ensuring your dedication is well-compensated. The shift runs from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM, providing a consistent schedule to support work-life balance.

What You Bring:


  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting
  • Current and valid WA State License
  • Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • RRT or CRT credential from a recognized certifying agency
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
  • Flexibility to comply with hospital policies and shift schedules
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure for optimal patient care

Preferred Education & Experience:


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related healthcare field
  • Prior experience working in a busy hospital environment with vent management and airway management skills
  • Knowledge of hospital equipment, electronic medical records (EMR), and emergency response procedures
