Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic computed tomography (CT) scan images
Produce quality CT exam images
Provide patient care and initiate life support measures as necessary
Interact effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare workers
Develop understanding of patient’s physical and emotional status

Required Qualifications

Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA approved school
ARRT certification at the time of hire
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment

Preferred Qualifications

Computerized Tomography (CT) training or experience
CT certification within two years for DICOE and ACR accreditation
