This role will develop content strategies that align with AWS business objectives and resonate with our target audiences. Content Operations Develop program content strategy and present to senior leadership and key stakeholders for alignmentDevelop data-driven topic allocation strategy for event agendas and goalsManage content program budgetsContribute to cross-event strategy to drive consistency across flagship eventsDevelop best practices and associated documentation for owned programs and workstreams, including playbooksContinuously refine and enhance content operations to deliver exceptional attendee experienceAnalyze session performance data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and think big about new ideasEngage in continuous learning and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to content operations Facilitate regular calls and email check-ins with content team members working on the programManage contingent workers that own speaker, catalog, and tooling workstreamsManage vendor relations pertaining to content workstreams Our team is dedicated to creating bar-raising content experiences across AWS events.
