Job Description
As a Citizens Banker, you'll be the face of the branch, helping customers achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and solutions. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, providing trusted guidance, and collaborating with financial partners to meet diverse customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers
Provide financial recommendations and solutions
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management and Mortgage
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Follow financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success with building relationships
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve
Recognized ability to strengthen relationships
Self-motivated and confident
Ability to work branch hours
Meet SAFE Act requirements
Complete a video interview assessment
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
