Job Description
Citizens is seeking a Mortgage Regional Sales Manager to lead a team in the New England region. This role focuses on managing loan officers, ensuring high standards in loan servicing, and fostering professional relationships to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Establish internal policies and procedures for loan relationship management
Direct and evaluate loan service team members
Supervise the New England team and manage training and staffing needs
Monitor loan servicing lifecycle activities
Maintain relationships with vendors and IT department regarding software
Communicate with management and maintain professional relationships
Develop team relationships between Sales and Operations Teams
Ensure clear communication throughout the loan process
Maintain knowledge of Citizens products and industry standards
Evaluate and report employee performance
Forecast to meet monthly closing goals
Maintain superior customer service levels
Required Qualifications
10 plus years Mortgage Banking Sales & Leadership Experience
Extensive market experience for the New England region
Proven ability to recruit top talent in Loan Officers
Ability to coordinate across the enterprise with 10+ business lines
Compliance with Mortgage Loan Originator requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
