Key Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with customers and resolve requests on first contact
  • Educate customers about their annuity contracts
  • Apply knowledge to handle problems independently
  • Balance time effectively to meet service levels
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools to meet established goals

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience or Undergrad Degree in lieu of experience
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Experience with Insurance or Annuity Servicing financial products
  • Experience in hospitality or retail sales with direct consumer contact
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, metric-driven environment
