Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with customers and resolve requests on first contact
Educate customers about their annuity contracts
Apply knowledge to handle problems independently
Balance time effectively to meet service levels
Utilize multiple systems and tools to meet established goals
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience or Undergrad Degree in lieu of experience
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of Customer Service Experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
Bilingual (Spanish)
Experience with Insurance or Annuity Servicing financial products
Experience in hospitality or retail sales with direct consumer contact
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, metric-driven environment
