Key Responsibilities
Support multiple functions of the GME training programs
Serve as the liaison for external entities
Assist with day-to-day management of resident or fellow training programs
Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
Ensure compliance oversight and understanding of relevant practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in an academic and/or administrative healthcare setting
Excellent organizational, administrative, and writing capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in computers and database management
Ability to handle confidential information with good judgment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Graduate Medical Education
Bachelor’s Degree (or Associate’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in GME)
