Key Responsibilities

  • Support multiple functions of the GME training programs
  • Serve as the liaison for external entities
  • Assist with day-to-day management of resident or fellow training programs
  • Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
  • Ensure compliance oversight and understanding of relevant practices

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in an academic and/or administrative healthcare setting
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and writing capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in computers and database management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with good judgment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Graduate Medical Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or Associate’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in GME)
