Job Description
Join Cognizant as a Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector and lead client engagements while driving digital transformation. With a focus on client satisfaction and business outcomes, you'll build relationships, guide solutions, and manage account performance.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand the client environment, issues, and priorities
Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
Track healthcare/payer industry trends and propose solutions
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
Be responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
Lead onsite project teams and ensure understanding of client environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years in client facing or account leadership role in IT professional services or management consulting
Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
Experience with claims and service center operations
Experience leading diverse teams in a multicultural environment
Strong experience with global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of business problem domain, technology, and services solutions for healthcare
Strong performance track record in sales and program management
Ability to navigate large organizations and work in a multifaceted matrix
Ability to conceptualize and present solutions in the healthcare/payer domain
Forecasting and P&L management experience
