Job Description

Join Cognizant as a Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector and lead client engagements while driving digital transformation. With a focus on client satisfaction and business outcomes, you'll build relationships, guide solutions, and manage account performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand the client environment, issues, and priorities
  • Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
  • Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
  • Track healthcare/payer industry trends and propose solutions
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
  • Be responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
  • Lead onsite project teams and ensure understanding of client environment

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years in client facing or account leadership role in IT professional services or management consulting
  • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Experience with claims and service center operations
  • Experience leading diverse teams in a multicultural environment
  • Strong experience with global service delivery model
  • In-depth understanding of business problem domain, technology, and services solutions for healthcare
  • Strong performance track record in sales and program management
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and work in a multifaceted matrix
  • Ability to conceptualize and present solutions in the healthcare/payer domain
  • Forecasting and P&L management experience
