Lincoln Electric seeks an OEM Account Manager to grow business in the Greater Cincinnati region. This role involves managing a multi-million dollar portfolio, driving strategic initiatives, and building key relationships to enhance sales of brazing and soldering products.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve targets for revenue, profit, and sales growth
Manage and grow an existing multi-million portfolio
Manage end user accounts directly or through distribution
Responsible for retention and growth of existing business
Develop and manage strategic business relationships
Prospecting and research for new accounts and markets
Build and deliver the Harris Value Proposition
Provide end-user training support
Develop skills for leading complex business negotiations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred
Five years industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Above-average sales performance over the last three+ years
Self-motivated and aggressive with a strong record of making business decisions
Knowledge of financials, products/services, market or account needs
Willingness to travel approximately two weeks per month
Ability to travel throughout North America
Candidates must be located within the Greater Cincinnati Region
