Key Responsibilities
Coordinates clinical treatment programs for clients with social adjustment problems.
Conducts individual, family, or group therapy sessions.
Assesses client progress and modifies treatment programs accordingly.
Documents therapy in accordance with hospital policies.
Intervenes as a crisis counselor when necessary.
Provides educational programs on psychological topics.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree
Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health (LPC-MH)
Clinical Social Worker - Practitioner in Private Practice (CSW-PIP)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC)
4-6 years related experience and/or training
Clinical experience facilitating group therapy sessions
Experience working with clients having dual diagnoses issues
Clinical experience with couples and/or family therapy
