Key Responsibilities
Schedule and perform maintenance on school buses
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems
Maintain service records
Supervise technicians in the shop
Generate work orders and track progress
Monitor shop operational performance and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license
At least 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance & repair experience or technical school education
Possess a mechanic's tool set
Willingness to obtain CDL while employed
Subject to DOT drug testing
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a lead technician, supervisor, or management role
Willingness to participate in ASE certification program
