Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a part-time Rental Services Representative and enjoy a dynamic outdoor role assisting customers with their rental experience. With a competitive hourly wage and great benefits, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the rental or return process at airport lots
Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Assist customers at exit gates and check-in cars at return
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
