Job Description
Join Spectrum as a Retail Store Manager, where you will lead a team to achieve sales excellence while fostering employee growth and building lasting customer relationships. This role is pivotal in driving store success through effective leadership and a commitment to community service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to exceed sales goals
Coach sales representatives and manage store operations
Build strong customer relationships
Promote Spectrum's internet, mobile, TV, and voice services
Contribute to community access to telecommunications solutions
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of sales and customer service experience
Experience working inside a retail store environment
High level of comfort with personal technology
Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time
Flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
1+ years of management experience
1-3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience
