Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting required information from new Residents
  • Recording health details of Residents including vitals
  • Administering medications and injections
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (if required)
  • Assisting Residents with personal hygiene
  • Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LPN State license
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member
