Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient care team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic or ambulatory care setting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment with regular daytime hours and no overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient/ambulatory setting
• Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and medical histories
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and aftercare
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Support procedures such as IV therapy, wound care, or minor office-based surgeries (depending on clinic type)
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
