Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to make a significant impact on youth with behavioral health needs. Work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide individualized treatment and support to families, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health and community reintegration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and families to address clinical needs
Engage families in developing and modifying care plans
Assess risk and provide crisis intervention services
Participate in the development and implementation of person-centered care plans
Monitor discharge and ongoing care planning
Establish collaborative relationships with community providers
Complete casework documentation and report data
Provide on-call after-hour crisis intervention services
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year of experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
Knowledge of mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and substance use disorders
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to learn electronic health records and other software as required
