Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis plans and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
Engage in collaborative care with a team of professionals
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care
Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in providing outpatient individual and family therapy
Familiarity with culturally sensitive assessments
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
