Job Description
As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you will play a vital role in helping customers manage their auto loans while maintaining positive relationships. This position involves collecting overdue payments, educating customers on options, and assisting them in creating repayment plans, all within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and negotiate with customers to influence them to make payments
Monitor and ensure regular follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
