Job Description

Join Avis Budget Group as a part-time Customer Return Assistant, where you'll help customers with rental car returns while providing exceptional service. Enjoy on-the-job training and various employee perks including paid time off and discounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help customers return their rental cars
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Secure keys and record mileage, gas levels, and damage
  • Check cars into the computer system
  • Provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Must be able to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Regular, on-site presence required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months retail customer service experience
