Job Description

Join Ulta Beauty as a Master Stylist and be part of a transformative beauty experience. Deliver exceptional hair services while building lasting relationships with guests and contributing to a vibrant salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity goals for hair services.
  • Perform product demonstrations with guests.
  • Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed regarding industry trends, products, and services.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Cosmetology license
  • Previous relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with latest salon techniques
  • Proficiency with use of equipment and chemicals
  • Developed communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
