Key Responsibilities
Fulfill customer orders and merchandising tasks
Lead colleagues in executing assigned tasks
Role model outstanding customer service
Enhance customer experience by promoting the Macy's mobile app
Monitor and plan store activities with People Leaders
Provide feedback to improve customer experience
Perform store opening and closing procedures
Educate colleagues on point of sale technology and equipment
Required Qualifications
Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficient in communicating effectively with customers
Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations
Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of direct retail experience
