Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill customer orders and merchandising tasks
  • Lead colleagues in executing assigned tasks

  • Monitor and plan store activities with People Leaders
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures
  • Educate colleagues on point of sale technology and equipment

Required Qualifications

  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in communicating effectively with customers
  • Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of direct retail experience
