Job Description
Join Charlotte Hungerford Hospital as a Float Pool RN, where you'll provide critical care across various departments, making a meaningful impact on patient lives in a supportive community setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect patient care based on assigned areas
Develop unique education and care plans for patients
Utilize judgment and knowledge to direct ancillary staff
Function across departments in the role of a critical care RN
Required Qualifications
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
Experience in acute care telemetry and critical care
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
At least 1 year of recent experience in an ICU setting
