TEAM DYNAMICS – Enables healthy team dynamics through trusted partnerships and conflict resolution. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. ~5+ years of experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role. ~ Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g. A-CSM, PSM-II). ~ Deep expertise in multiple agile methodologies and scaling frameworks. ~ Proven track record of successfully implementing agile at scale. ~ Advanced knowledge of agile software development practices. ~ Experience with organizational change management. ~ Expertise in agile metrics and data-driven decision-making. ~ Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. This role will support two squads within the evolving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product area within Fidelity Institutional Technology. These two squads focus on overall CRM platform strategy and how the Salesforce application can be best utilized to address internal stakeholder needs to secure new business opportunities and sustain existing client engagements. Our Scrum Masters engage with all team members, including the Squad Leader, to reinforce an agile approach and principles into the daily work. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, we evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture. Program/Project Management Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
