Key Responsibilities
Coach, develop and build a high performing team
Resolve issues regarding customer and employee experience
Identify opportunities for improving customer banking experience
Lead the branch and engage stakeholders for collaboration
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports
Required Qualifications
4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute improvement plans
Experience in coaching across customer segments
Effective relationship building skills
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
