Key Responsibilities

• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Prepare rooms for admission
• Safely transport stable patients
• Maintain security/confidentiality
• Run errands for the unit
• Replenish patient room supplies
• Report changes in patient's condition to the nurse
• Maintain unit supplies in an organized manner
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Respond to phone calls and patient call lights
