Join Good Samaritan as a Certified Medication Assistant II (CMA II) to provide quality care and support to seniors in a Christian environment. In this full-time role, you will assist with daily living activities and administer medications under supervision, making a meaningful impact in residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Document resident care and medication administration
Assist with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, and dressing
Support residents with meals and dining experiences
Maintain cleanliness of living areas
Required Qualifications
CMA II license required at time of hire
Minimum age of 18 preferred
High school graduate or GED preferred
CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing (North Dakota and Iowa)
Nursing assistant certification (Minnesota)
Completion of state-approved CMA course (South Dakota)
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
