Job Description

Join Randstad USA as a Sales Director in the Financial Projects Group, where you'll lead client acquisition and drive impactful solutions for finance leaders. This strategic role offers the chance to work closely with CFOs while shaping project proposals and expanding client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a target account list of CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, and FP&A leaders
  • Engage in discovery-driven conversations to understand clients' finance challenges
  • Design and propose tailored project solutions and talent strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal close
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams and other business lines for project execution

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven ability to sell consultative solutions or interim professional services at the Director or C-suite level
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
