Position Title: ICU RN – 4D
Location: Lima, OH
Shift: 12-Hour Nights
Hours: 36 or 48-hour guarantee available
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team on Unit 4D. This is a high-acuity, fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical skills and adaptability. Candidates must be willing to float to all levels of care as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Navy blue scrubs required
- Non-local candidates only
Unit Details:
- 24-bed unit (4D and 4B), with overflow capacity up to 36 beds
- Patient ratios: 1:2–3 depending on acuity
- High acuity: Neuro, cardiac, post-surgical
- Equipment: Alaris pumps, vents, CPAP/BiPAP, pressors
Bonus experience: IABP, EVD, ICP, TVP, CRRT, Impella, SWAN, ECMO - Provider coverage includes intensivists, residents, hospitalist team, rapid response team, resource RN, and house supervisor (24/7)
- Self-scheduling available after initial period
