Radius Requirement: Must reside within 50 miles of the facility...
Position is for 4 12's per week, Traveler MUST be willing to work a 48hr/wk contract...
Hours rotating 7a-7p and 10a-10p...
Will be onsite at one of our five locations functioning as a care coordinator when not in patients home...
RTO due at time of submission...
Must have MS/Tele experience...
EOW/EOH required...
2yrs min experience...
BLS, valid drivers license...
Must have experience with lines and drains, IV insertion, phlebotomy...
EPIC charting...
First time traveler accepted but not preferred...
