Description Position Overview: Press Brake Operator - Metal Fabrication We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to support the fabrication of precision electrical enclosures. You'll be working with a variety of advanced machines in a clean and high-growth environment. Responsibilities: Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, punch, and cut sheet metal. Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints. Prepare materials and ensure availability for each job run. Use micrometers and calipers for pre- and post-inspections. Maintain safe operation and cleanliness of the equipment and work area. Requirements: ~1-3 years of press brake operating experience. ~ Strong blueprint reading skills and mechanical aptitude. ~ Experience with micrometers and calipers. ~ Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ~ Steel toe boots required. Schedule & Compensation: Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Evening Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM Weekend Shift: Friday 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM; Saturday/Sunday 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM Pay: $22-25 per hour (based on experience) Temp-to-hire opportunity Why Join Us?
