Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues
  • Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
  • Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested
  • Support policyholder needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral & written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months Call Center experience
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
