Key Responsibilities
Perform CAT Scan procedures under the direction of a Radiologist
Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in the CT room
Administer opaque contrast material as directed
Start IVs on outpatients requiring IV contrast
Communicate with nurses and physicians to expedite patient care
Participate in the training of new CT techs
Adhere to radiation safety standards
Follow hospital policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or Graduate of a Technical School
Kansas State License LRT
Nationally Registered ARRT
ARRT Registered CT Technologist
AHA Healthcare Provider CPR
Preferred Qualifications
Up to 1 Year of Position-Related Experience
