Job Description
As a General Manager, you will lead your store's success by coaching your team and providing exceptional customer experiences. Drive business growth while maintaining high performance standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee, coach, and develop store Team Members
Manage overall store performance and meet Company performance standards
Lead team to exceed sales goals and identify local marketing strategies
Supervise cash management and loss prevention
Ensure compliance with Company policies and regulations
Maintain a professional store atmosphere
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Operations experience in a leadership capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or higher
Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
Bilingual English/Spanish
